On September 28, 2020, the opening ceremony of the Beijing e-sports team's competition training base was successfully held in Shunyi. With the testimony of various units, the Beijing Olympic Water Park e-sports base was officially completed and put into use. The opening ceremony of the base and the Shunyi e-sports industry development forum were held smoothly.

In order to comply with Beijing's relevant policies on e-sports, with the efforts of both Shunyi Cultural and Tourism Group and Beijing E-Sports Association, and witnessed by Beijing satellite TV and numerous media and guests, on July 20, 2020, Beijing Wenlv Times Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Beijing Star League Sports Culture Co., Ltd. established the Olympic water park e-sports base and held a signing ceremony. After two months of preparation, Beijing Shunjing Culture Industry Co., Ltd., the base's main operating company, was established. The completion of Beijing Olympic Water Park's competition base and the establishment of the main operating company have achieved a breakthrough in Beijing's competition base. The base currently comprises five major sections: the practice and training base of the Capital Institute of Physical Education, the Shunyi office area of the Beijing E-sports Association, the competition and training base of the Beijing E-sports team, the MCN industrial town of the Shunyi district, and the office area of Beijing Shunjing Culture Industry Co., Ltd. In the next few months, the base will host "Double Eleven" auto race carnival, Shunyi race industry development summit forum, super league matches of race associations across the country, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei race, Beijing open race and other major race events.

At present, the CS:GO division of Beijing Atletico Team has settled down in the base, and the team was initiated and established by former RNG club VP Wang Deyi as the general manager. All the players in the team are from famous domestic head CS:GO clubs such as Tyloo, IG and LVG, and the team has reached the top five in China. In the coming year, the team aims to be the top three in Asia. This team is the first professional club named after the city in the industry. It will attract a large number of industry stars to join it. It is the first team in the industry to use Internet big data to conduct fan feature modeling and in-depth research, and the first team in the industry to combine O2O with heavy investment to build an e-sports industrial park to implement the real industrial economy. We have also conscientiously implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech: We should boost coordinated development of mass sports, competitive sports and the sports industry, and assist in the selection of national team and promote the qualification certification of the sports games.

From a long-term perspective, the completion of the base will become a strong pillar for the home hosting of all kinds of competitive sports, and the home hosting will effectively enhance the value of the competitive sports club and promote the development of the value of the team. Taking the area where the main stadium is located as the carrier, it sinks below the line and has an off-line scene for outward delivery. It combines with the local culture of the city to form a new club culture and becomes another e-sports business card of the local city. The main stadium of Beijing Team is an aggregation of Beijing's sports culture and an essential carrier of sports content. According to the long-term development strategy of the base's five-in-one development, the main stadium is divided into five sections, namely, the competition venue, the competition club base, the competition training institute, the members' entertainment service and the office and residence. Taking the main stadium as the starting point, we will integrate the resources of the video games, attract fans through the contents of the games and the team IP, and prosper the local market. We are determined to make the Beijing team's main stadium, the Olympic Water Park, the video games base, a place for leisure and entertainment for contemporary young people in Beijing.

In the future, a series of activities in Shunyi and the vast Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for the development of the e-sports industry and the e-sports events will be held at the base under the support of the Beijing E-Sports Association's professional e-sports resources and the cultural and educational resources of Beijing's famous universities. The Beijing Olympic water park competition base and its main company, Beijing Shunjing Cultural Industry Co., Ltd, will also take root in Shunyi to develop the competition business. It is hoped that through the development of the e-sports industry, it will become a new name card for the development of Shunyi's cultural tourism industry, and make Shunyi an important link in the development of Beijing's cultural industry with one capital and five centers.
